What to Expect

During your Zoom reading, Gail will work with Spirit to bring forward guidance, insight and messages that are relevant to you. Many clients find that a face-to-face Zoom session creates a comfortable and personal environment where meaningful connections can take place.

Every reading is an interpretation of what is spiritually and mentally transferred to Gail. A specific person cannot be guaranteed to come through, and if they do not, it does not mean they do not love you. It simply means they may not be able to connect at that time.

Prepare Calmly

Before your reading, try to sit quietly in a calm environment and bring to mind loved ones who have passed to Spirit.

Choose Privacy

It is best to be alone during your reading, as other people in the room may complicate the energy and message.

Your Zoom Appointment

Most appointments are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise stated. This allows you to enjoy a face-to-face reading from the comfort of your own home while maintaining the personal connection of an in-person session.

Once your booking has been confirmed, a Zoom meeting link will be sent to the email address used during booking approximately 24 hours before your appointment.

Please ensure that you have access to Zoom and that your device is ready before the appointment begins. If a telephone appointment has been specifically arranged, this will be confirmed separately.

  • Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your Zoom link the day before your appointment.
  • If calling from outside the UK for a specifically arranged telephone appointment, please check call costs and time differences before booking.
  • Payment is taken securely online.
  • Your booking will be confirmed by email.
  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
  • If no notice is received and the appointment is missed, no refund will be given.
  • Readings are for over 18s only.
