I strongly recommend the use of earphones for the guided meditations, if streaming from a phone or ipad. The sound is enhanced and it will also help to focus. The small speakers on devices are generally not good enough, although by all means try this.

I downloaded this and can honestly say its wonderful. I floated away on an ocean wave..with the sun on my face. If you purchase this ( for the ridiculously low fee) You wont be disappointed you will just totally free your mind and feel refreshed.
