In troubled times our minds go in to overdrive and stress levels rise to exceptionally high levels. This can cause an effect within our energetic field and our fearful thinking process generally turns on feelings of anxiety, giving you the false impression of being out of control.
The mind is a powerful tool. What we think, we create, what we feel, we attract and what we imagine, we become.
What is Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts will bring positive or negative experiences into a person’s life, acting as a magnet and so what you put out is what you will get reflect back energetically.
The mind has a powerful way of attracting things that are in harmony with it, good and bad.
Know you are the creator of your own reality so be mindful what you think.
Even if you aren’t aware of the law of attraction, you’re always thinking and feeling and therefore creating your reality in every single day of your life.
The belief is based on the ideas that a person’s thoughts are made from pure energy and that a process of negative thoughts attracts more negative thoughts in a vicious cycle, that is hard to break.
The power of positive thinking is one of the major habits of successful people. That’s why we have the saying, people with money seem to attract more money, and so on.
How Do You Apply the Law of Attraction?
Imagination is everything, it is the preview of life’s coming attractions.
When you just sit quietly and connect to the silence within you, will begin to make sense of the disturbance going on around you.
Remember everything has its opposing side. Up-down, in-out, good-bad, positive-negative.
Decide on what it is you want in your life and how it is you want to feel.
Physically make a list and write down what you currently don’t want in your life. Also make a note as to why you don’t want it and how it makes you feel.
Reverse the mental process and replace it with what you do want and what emotions that would evoke in you.
With practice you will have the ability to quickly change your patterns of thought, and eventually your life experience.
Vision Boards
Design your own custom-tailored vision board. What have you always seen yourself doing? What does your ideal life looks like? and what have you always wanted?
Cut out images to help you keep focus and detail how you will feel after each one has materialised, as emotions will naturally speed up all your other manifestations.
When you practice positive thinking, you become better at setting the right goals, and better at achieving them.
Affirmations
Daily affirmations can help with the reduction of stress, and do so faster and more effectively. Affirmations are great also for self-esteem work. Know that all abundance starts first in the mind.
Affirmations are an important part of manifesting and bringing dreams from imagination to become a reality.
Your vibration has to match your desire and acts like a magnet. Bringing the two together.
There’s evidence that positive thoughts boost resistance to disease and improves the ability to recover from health setbacks.
Meditations
Visualising is so powerful, try not to figure out the logistics on how it’s going to happen; just see it clearly in your mind, having or doing whatever it is you want to experience, as having doubt, can cause resistance in your vibration.
Believe that by thinking big can make big things happen. See your visual images within your mind as 5D. Feel it, see it, hear it. Don’t just think it, you have to really believe it!
Put yourself in the emotional space of fulfilling your goals. The more positive you are, the more you believe in your own potential and give yourself opportunities to fulfil all that you desire.
the more positive you are, the more you will pull positive people, opportunities and choices into your space, as you begin to vibrate on a frequency of abundance.
